I am a graduate of York College, where I earned a degree in Business Administration and also studied graphic design at Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts. A 2nd generation real estate agent, I began my real estate career in 2004 and have spent the last 19+ years focused on all aspects of real estate, from fundamentals to practice, committed to helping clients and agents achieve their individual real estate goals.

Over the last 10+ years, I discovered my love of teaching, training, managing, and mentoring agents in the real estate industry. It has proven a great deal more rewarding than my earlier, everyday practice of Real Estate and ultimately led to my shift from full-time real estate sales to founding Turn Key Realty Group and my current role as Managing Partner. For me, it’s all about our agents and the select clients I represent on a referral basis. Focused on our team of agent partners, I work to ensure that our brokerage and agents remain relevant and am committed to providing the support, education, and tools necessary to excel in this ever-changing industry.

I recently served as the 2022 President of our local 2,300+ member REALTOR® association, the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® (GHAR). I have served on the GHAR Board of Directors for over 8 years and presently serve on several GHAR committees, including the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Management Issues Committee, and Diversity & Inclusion Committee. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR) and currently serve on PAR’s Standard Forms Committee. I teach the Code of Ethics to new members of our local association and have taught information sessions regarding Standard Forms Changes. (Really, all of that just means that I am committed to education and serving an industry that has given so much to me over the years; not in theory, but in actual practice.)

Being a real estate agent, Founding Member, and Managing Partner of our Turn Key Realty Group team has afforded me incredible opportunities to do what I love: support, train, mentor, and pay forward all the things I've learned over the last 19+ years. I feel like everything I have done up to now has gotten me to where I have always been meant to be: In the exact right place, at the exact right time, with some of the very (very) best individuals in the industry. I’m honored to be at the helm of this awesome group of agents and love helping them and watching them grow themselves and their business.

When I'm not intertwined in 'all things real estate,' you'll likely find me living my best life; spending time with my husband Tom, enjoying our little cabin in the woods, or hanging out with my son Logan and our incredible family and awesome friends. We love to travel when possible, knowing that life is all about time and the experiences we are lucky enough to witness along the way. To be able to do what I truly love, with those I love, is the epitome of living a great life, and as far as I'm concerned, it doesn't get any better than this! (How many are lucky enough to say that?)

As for me? I can’t wait to see what the future holds, but in the meantime, I'll enjoy it all, one day at a time.
