I’m a York College graduate with a degree in Business Administration, and I also studied graphic design at Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts. As a second-generation REALTOR®, I began my real estate career in 2004 and have spent the last 21+ years immersed in all aspects of the business, from the fundamentals to the day-to-day practice, always focused on helping clients and agents reach their individual real estate goals.

Over the last decade, I discovered that the most meaningful part of this career for me is teaching, training, managing, and mentoring agents. I’ve always loved real estate, but helping agents grow, gain confidence, and build sustainable businesses has proven far more rewarding than my earlier, everyday practice of sales. That shift ultimately led me to founding Turn Key Realty Group and stepping into my current role as Managing Partner. Today, my work is centered on our agents and a select number of clients I represent on a referral basis. I’m committed to making sure our brokerage stays relevant, grounded, and prepared, and that our agents have the support, education, and tools they need to excel in a constantly changing industry.

I previously served as 2022 President of our local 2,200+ member REALTOR® association, the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® (GHAR). I served on the GHAR Board of Directors for over eight years and currently serve on several GHAR committees, including Chair of the Management Issues Committee, along with membership on the Grievance Committee and the Housing Opportunities Taskforce.

At the state level, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR) and Chair PAR’s 24-member Standard Forms Committee. Our role is to review, vet, and provide practical recommendations on forms used in everyday real estate practice, working closely alongside legal counsel and attorneys who guide the process. I also teach Code of Ethics to new members and have taught sessions on Standard Forms changes, because I truly believe education is what keeps agents strong, confident, and client-focused, especially when the market and the industry are shifting.

Being a Founding Member and Managing Partner of Turn Key Realty Group has given me an opportunity I don’t take for granted: the ability to do what I love most, alongside some of the best people in the business. I’m honored to be at the helm of this group of agents and I genuinely enjoy helping them grow, not just in production, but in professionalism, confidence, and how they show up for their clients.

When I’m not intertwined in all things real estate, you’ll usually find me with my husband Tom and our Springer Spaniel Rosie, enjoying our little cabin in the woods, or spending time with my son Logan, our family, and our close friends. We love to travel when we can, because life really is about time, the people you share it with, and the experiences you’re lucky enough to make along the way.

To be able to do work I truly love, with people I respect and care about, is the definition of a great life. I’m grateful for what this industry has given me, and I’m excited about what’s ahead, while my biggest goal remains to appreciate it all, one day at a time.
