About Stephanie Bitner

Please allow me to introduce myself and give you some insight as to who I am, how I conduct my business, and why I love what I do.

I am Southern-born and moved to Pennsylvania with my Grandparents when they retired. They taught me that family always comes first. My Grandmother also taught me to never give up on my dreams, to believe in myself, and to NEVER, ever, quit.

I am a graduate of Central Penn College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate's Degree as a Paralegal. I enjoyed a career in the legal field for many years before taking time off to spend with my family.

I am happily married to my best friend and have four wonderful kids, two of whom are still at home. We are animal lovers through and through, as evidenced by our horses, dogs, and cats. Someday we will own our dream property, which will be a nice little farm with room for us and our animals to enjoy. Notice I said ‘will have’ because that is the drive and positivity that my Grandmother instilled in me. It’s not ‘if’, but ‘when’, (or as my husband says, “Are you going to talk about it or be about it”?).

Knowing how much I wanted a specific type of property, I was drawn to start my second career in Real Estate to help others accomplish the same goal. I now get the honor and pleasure of helping others find their dream home too. Finding that perfect property might be a ‘needle in a haystack’, but that is what drives me: matching great people with ideal properties based on what they are truly looking for. I love helping people achieve their dreams and always put my professionalism, respect, and integrity into the process.

This is what I know: At the end of each day, everyone wants to be happy, hopefully in a place they can relax and enjoy life. And although there are thousands of houses out there, my goal is to help my clients find the perfect HOME.
