About Judy Butler

Hello there! I am Judy, and I love the following things: Helping people better themselves, all things architecture, furniture, family, and having fun!

I have always told my kids to figure out what they love to do and find a way to get paid for it. That is exactly what I have found in my real estate career working as a Buyer Agent with the Cathie Heika Team! This is my career after retirement. I have sold Ethan Allen furniture, office furniture and worked as a sales trainer before becoming a licensed member of NAR. I love real estate and the people I have helped so much that it feels like this is my true calling. I love everything about the real estate transaction, especially being a Buyer Agent. I love to help all buyers, but working with first-time buyers is especially rewarding because guiding them through the process and teaching them how important it is to care for the investment they are making is very rewarding to me personally. There is nothing better than seeing a first-time home buyer's eyes light up when they are handed the keys to their new home! The sheer joy is priceless.

Outside of real estate, I am married to my wonderful husband, Brian, a high school classmate, but we didn't get married until 30 years later. (Proof that it's never too late!) We have three beautiful daughters between us and three beautiful granddaughters, who are the loves of our lives! We love doing projects in our “downsized” home and making it our dream come true. Brian and I both grew up in Michigan but have been in Pennsylvania for 24 years and love every minute of the landscape, climate, and most of all, the people.

I have had the honor of working with Cathie Heika for the last 5 years of my real estate career as my business partner and owe her the world for having taught me so much and the importance of always being the best agent I can possibly be. Helping the people in our community find a wonderful place to live is our mutual goal, and honesty and integrity are our guiding principles.
