About Judy Butler

Judy brings a genuine love of homes, people and helping others to her role as a Buyer Agent with The Cathie Heika Team. With a background in furniture sales, design and sales training, Judy has spent much of her career helping people make thoughtful decisions—and real estate became a natural next chapter.

Judy especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, taking the time to explain the process, answer questions and help them understand not only how to purchase a home, but how to care for the investment they are making. Her patient, personal approach helps buyers feel comfortable and informed from the first showing through settlement day. Few things make her happier than seeing a buyer receive the keys to a place they can finally call home.

Originally from Michigan, Judy has called Pennsylvania home for many years. She and her husband were high school classmates who reconnected and married 30 years later—proof, as Judy likes to say, that it's never too late! Together they enjoy spending time with their family and working on projects around their own home in Dillsburg. Judy's longtime interest in architecture, furniture and design continues to make looking at homes almost as much fun for her as it is for her buyers.

Judy works alongside Cathie Heika as part of The Cathie Heika Team, sharing a commitment to honest, knowledgeable representation and taking good care of the people who place their trust in the team. She believes buying a home should be exciting, not intimidating, and brings experience, patience and plenty of personality to the process.
