About Chelsea Hutchison

Hi! I’m Chelsea Hutchison! I was born and raised in Mechanicsburg, PA, and I feel so lucky to be helping people find their place in a community I’ve always called home. 

What I love about real estate is being part of someone’s story- knowing I had a hand in helping them start a new chapter or close a meaningful one. It’s more than a transaction; it’s a memory, and I am honored every time I get to be a part of that.

Before getting into real estate, I have spent the last 10 years in business-to-business sales, in one of the toughest markets, copier and solutions sales. This is where I discovered my passion for negotiating and finding creative solutions that truly work for people. I also have a Psychology degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, which helps me connect with clients and guide them through one of the biggest (and sometimes most emotional) decisions they’ll make.
When I am not working, I’m spending time with my husband, Brian, and our energetic 3-year-old daughter, Graelyn. We also have 2 cats, Luna and Willow. I love traveling, exploring new places, and enjoying everyday moments with the people I love.
